 FACILITY MAINTENANCE 

LOCATION: ALBERTA, CANADA CLIENT: CITY OF EDMONTON

Fluor Driver is awarded a 5 year maintenance agreement with the City of Edmonton for the IPTF facility at the Waste Management Centre. Fluor Driver's scope of work includes  regulatory maintenance, preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance.

 FACILITY MAINTENANCE 

LOCATION: ONTARIO, CANADA CLIENT: WAREHOUSE & DISTRIBUTION FACILITY

In 2019, Fluor Driver was awarded Facility Maintenance Program Management for Procter and Gamble’s warehouse and distribution facility in Ontario. Fluor Driver’s scope of work includes Program Management for facility maintenance and subcontractor management. Disciplines covered under this scope include earthworks, civil works, structural steel, piping, mechanical, pipe and steel fabrication, electrical, instrumentation, insulation, and scaffolding.

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE

LOCATION: ONTARIO, CANADA CLIENT: MAJOR ENERGY COMPANY

In 2016, Fluor Driver was awarded a  Mechanical Maintenance Services contract at a major refinery in Sarnia, Ontario. Fluor Driver’s scope of work includes multi-disciplined execution and management of routine, emergency, predictive, preventative and essential industrial maintenance services as well as scheduled and unscheduled turnaround outages and small/mid capital projects,

This contract was renewed in 2021.

Plant maintenance services

PLANT MAINTENANCE SERVICE

LOCATION: ALBERTA, CANADA CLIENT: MAJOR OIL COMPANY

Fluor Driver has a long term agreement with a client in the oil industry to provide plant maintenance services at its production site. Specifically, the scope includes: mechanical maintenance, small capital construction, turnaround services, planning, procurement, subcontractor management, surveillance operators, and startup/commissioning support

MECHANICAL SERVICES

LOCATION: NORTHWEST TERRITORIES, CANADA
CLIENT: MAJOR OIL COMPANY

Fluor Driver has been awarded a 5 year mechanical services maintenance contract for a client with multiple Oil and Gas sites. The scope includes the provision of management, supervision, labor, tools, equipment, subcontracts, and bulk materials necessary to perform the mechanical services associated with ongoing plant maintenance and any required shutdowns/turnarounds support. Specific mechanical services include structural steel, piping, rotating equipment and pipeline replacement and repairs, pump jack repair and maintenance, along with civil services

MAINTENANCE

LOCATION: ALBERTA, CANADA CLIENT: MAJOR OIL COMPANY

Fluor Driver entered into an agreement with a power company to provide services for multiple turnarounds at several facilities. The first turnaround is for executing mechanical work in three different plants. Planning began in September 2015 with the 28 day turnaround scheduled for April 2016. This turnaround is expected to require 70,000 man hours to complete

LOCATION: ALBERTA, CANADA CLIENT: MAJOR OIL COMPANY

Our team was awarded a contract to provide sustaining capital projects for a client in the power industry. The work is broken into fabrication, debottlenecking and new construction components. The fabrication scope of work includes steel and pipe fabrication and module construction for 14 modules.
